This section allows you to check user engagement to a training exercise, including who opened the training email, who began the training, who has or hasn't completed it, and more statistics.
Go to Awareness Educator > Enrollments and click on the View Report button under the Actions column to access these statistics.
After you click the View Report button, you will see the following menus. Please see below what each menu does and what kind of information it contains.
All the menus listed below are the same for different types of training materials, such as Infographics, Training, Posters, Screensavers, or Learning Paths. The only thing that changes is the names; otherwise, the layout of each report is identical.
This page provides a brief overview of the tools available to assess training engagement, the status of the training exercise, and other useful monitoring and evaluation options.
This button on the right-hand side at the top helps you resend the training item to the users with the following status.
Four widgets are available on the Summary page to facilitate a quick assessment of target user progress.

This option gives you the opportunity to view the email that has been sent to users to enroll in the training exercise.
This option gives you the opportunity to view the training content(s) that has been sent to the target users.
This option gives you the opportunity to view the certificate that users will receive when they complete the training exercise.
This menu provides all enrolled users' latest activity. This menu can be used to view all users' training progress from one menu.
This menu provides specific details of the users who opened the training email.
This menu provides details of users who clicked on the training link or downloaded the poster (or infographic) in the email.
This menu provides a record of the progress the targeted users have made in completing the training.
This menu provides the results of users who were given a quiz.
This menu provides details of users who have not yet responded to the training email.
This page has two submenus below where you can list all enrolled users with the delivery status of the training and the details of the reminder emails sent to users.

This tutorial explains how to use the training reports page to help you utilize the opportunity to review user activity in response to a training exercise.
A: Yes. You can easily download the training report in an Excel (XLSX only), PDF, or CSV format.
A: Yes. You can utilize the training report search feature to search for a particular user.
A: Yes, go to the Enrollments page and view your report, and then in each menu inside of the report, there will be a Resend button to resend the training to the user(s).
Email failed to send
The training email was not delivered to the users. You can view the reasons for the failure here.
Only opened email (poster, infographic)
The training will be delivered to the users who only opened the training email. The users who have opened and clicked won't receive the training.
Clicked training link
The training will be delivered to the users who click the training link.
Downloaded Poster (or Infographic)
The training will be delivered to the users who downloaded the poster (or infographic) file.
Didn't complete training
The training will be delivered to the users who didn't complete the training.
Failed exam
The training will be delivered to the users who failed the exam.
No response
The training will be delivered to the users who haven't responded to the training email, such as opening or clicking the training.
Opened Email
Number of users who opened the training email
In Progress
Number of users who have begun the training
Completed Training
Number of users who have completed the training
Downloaded
Number of users who have downloaded the infographic (or poster).
No Response
Number of users who haven’t opened the training email
Target Users
Number of users who have been enrolled in this training exercise.
Auto-Enroll
The new users who are added to the training target group will receive the training exercise automatically.
Languages
Languages that were selected to be used in this training exercise.
Start Date
Date and time the training was sent.
Reminder Options
If selected, recipients will be reminded via email if they have not completed the training content.
Delivery Status
Number of users who have and have not received the training exercise.
First Name
User’s first name.
Last Name
User’s surname.
User’s email address.
Department
User’s department.
Status
Status of user’s interaction with the training exercise:
In Queue: The email is in the queue to be sent to the user.
Sending Error: An error occurred while sending the email to the user.
No Responded: The user hasn’t responded to the training email.
Opened Email: The user only opened the training email.
In Progress: The user started but has not completed the training.
Completed: The user completed the training.
Downloaded: The user downloaded the infographic (or poster).
Canceled: The admin canceled the training before the user received the training exercise email.
Exam Status
Exam status of users:
Success: The user has passed the exam.
Failed: The user has failed the exam.
Incomplete: The user hasn't yet started the exam.
The "SHOW BY EXAM STATUS" button lists the users based on the following orders:
First Attempt: List users who passed the exam on the first attempt.
Passed Any Attempt: List users who passed the exam. It doesn't matter if it is first, second, third, or fourth.
Failed Any Attempt: List users who failed the exam. It doesn't matter if it is first, second, third, or fourth.
Exam Score
Exam score of users between 0-100.
Last Interaction
Last time user interacted with training.
Delivery Type
The training exercise has been sent via email only or email + SMS together.
Actions > Details
All user interactions with the training exercise, such as interactions, user agents, IPs, and many more info.
Actions > Resend
This option allows the admin to resend the same training exercise to a user(s).

Status of user progress:
In Progress: The user started but has not yet completed the training
Completed: The user completed the training
Not Completed: The user started the training session but closed the training tab before completing the training.

Date the user clicked on the training link
Session Ended
Date the user completed the training
Sessions
The number of times the user clicked on the training link

This option provides all of the following progress details related to a particular user:
Session: The number of times the user clicked on the training link and started the session
Progress: The user’s progress in each session
Session Started: The date and time a session was initiated
Session Ended: The date and time a session ended. If there is no date, that means the user paused the video and left the training tab open on the browser
User Agent: The user’s browser agent information
Browser: The browser used to open the training link
Geolocation: The user’s location is based on the IP address used by the user
IP: The internet IP address used to complete the training

This option allows the admin to resend the same training content to a user(s)
